This study selected four species of City Ornamental Bamboo which are typical to Sichuan, and studied seven physiological indexes as Relative Conductivity, Chlorophyll, SOD, POD, MDA, Soluble Sugar and Soluble Protein under the natural temperature decreasing and the artificial low-temperature, to analysis their changes with temperature.Through Correlation Analysis and Principal Component Analysis, the correlation between indexes and the contribution rate were determined.
本研究选择了四川地区具有代表性的四种城市观赏竹种，以自然降温和人工模拟低温两种降温方法，选取相对电导率、叶绿素、SOD、POD、MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白7个具有代表性的生理指标，分析各指标随温度的变化情况。同时通过各指标的相关分析和主成分分析，确定指标间的相关性和贡献率。
