浅析施工企业如何规避劳务分包风险

摘要：劳务分包风险对于施工企业来说具有不利的影响，在一定程度上决定了施工项目的经营成败，因此，施工企业一定要高度重视并采取可靠的措施来规避和降低风险。本文介绍了施工企业劳务分包中存在的几种风险，同时也提出了规避和降低劳务风险的具体措施。关键词：施工企业；劳务分包；规避风险Abstract: the risk of subcontractor for construction enterprise, has the adverse effect, to a certain extent determine the construction project management success or failure, therefore, the construction enterprise must attach great importance to and take reliable measures to avoid and reduce risk.
